When you book a table or place an order with Phakoon Thai Kitchen, we collect only what we need to serve you — your name, contact details and booking or order information. We use it to manage your reservation or order and, if you opt in, to send you occasional news about our menus and offers.

We never sell your details. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in our emails, and you can ask us to update or delete your information by contacting hello@phakoonthai.com.

Table bookings are handled by OpenTable and online Click & Collect orders by Flipdish, each on their own secure website and under their own privacy terms.
