Phakoon — พาคูณ — is Chef Joom's kitchen. Two decades of cooking taught one lesson worth keeping: real Thai food can't be rushed and can't be faked. The curry pastes are pounded by hand each morning; the balance of hot, sour, salt and sweet is tuned dish by dish.
We opened in Earlsfield in 2024, and the welcome was warm enough that Balham followed in October 2025. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, you're part of the Phakoon family.
